- Contrary to its name, uncanny dodge does not allow a character to retain any dodge bonus to AC when flat-footed, only the dexterity bonus.

- Uncanny dodge I is required to get the dexterity AC bonus when flat-footed, while any of the higher uncanny dodge feats will grant the reflex bonus without the need for lower feat(s).
