Torch feature

Torch feature is a set of scripts and customized items that together allow torches and lanterns to function in a more realistic manner, a manner that is in accordance with Dungeons & Dragons 3.5 edition rules. This is an OSRS feature in the coding phase.
The goals of this feature are the following.
- Lanterns burn more brightly and for a longer time than torches.
- Lanterns expend fuel and require refueling.
- Torches expend themselves and require replacement.
- Torches can be crafted.
