This template is for use on disambiguation pages, excluding those with "(disambiguation)" in their title. This provides a uniform disclaimer, as well as flagging links to the disambiguation page as suspect.
Pages with "(disambiguation)" in the title should use {{disambig2}} since links to those pages are likely intentionally going to a disambiguation page.
