I don't understand why does most of purple dragon abilities last only 1 round, I mean, 6 seconds shouldn't make any diference at all. The game developers should have set it for 1 turn at least. It would make the class abilities more useful --189.29.8.4 4 November 2008

• I think the idea behind this ability is that the purple dragon knight is physically aiding in the defense of someone else, not that the knight is casting some sort of spell. So unlike spell-like abilities, the duration of this ability is the time it takes to use it, with no lingering effects. Don't forget that if the knight wants to continue defending the target, he can, as this ability has unlimited uses per day. --The Krit 22:32, 4 November 2008 (UTC)
