At level 40 the hawks' damage dice goes down from 1d8 (Level 39) to 1-2. Could be the same reason as the bug with some familiars (i.e. Hell Hound) at the last epic levels. I am not sure at all - not even sure if this problem is due to a messed up install of mine (patch 1.69 applied, was playing around with a pure druid build).
So it's more a question - can someone confirm? - and if so, a suggestion to add it to the notes. Maybe there is already an override package available like for the familiars? --91.12.111.249 29 January 2009
