Are you sure this is correct? My level 11 cleric only recieved a +3 instead of +4. I think it should be like this:

Level	AB & DMG
1 - 5	+1
6 - 8	+2
9 - 11	+3
12 - 14	+4
15+	+5

I.E. every 3rd level you get +1 ab up to 5. So you get it on levels 3, 6, 9, 12, and 15
