Primary saving throws are class features that determine which base save progression is used.
Here are the base class primary saving throws:
- barbarian: fortitude
- bard: reflex, will
- cleric: fortitude, will
- druid: fortitude, will
- fighter: fortitude
- monk: fortitude, reflex, will
- paladin: fortitude
- ranger: fortitude
- rogue: reflex
- sorcerer: will
- wizard: will
The prestige class primary saving throws:
- arcane archer: fortitude, reflex
- assassin: reflex
- blackguard: fortitude
- champion of Torm: fortitude, reflex
- dwarven defender: fortitude, will
- Harper scout: reflex, will
- pale master: fortitude, will
- purple dragon knight: fortitude
- red dragon disciple: fortitude, will
- shadowdancer: reflex
- shifter: fortitude, reflex
- weapon master: reflex
