The OnActivateItem event is fired when a creature uses a unique power item property.
(More precisely, it is triggered by passing SignalEvent()
an event created with EventActivateItem()
, which by default is done in response to using a unique power.)
Normally the only creatures that are capable of activating an item are player characters.
