Prerequisite: two-weapon fighting, ambidexterity, base attack bonus +9

Specifics: The character with this feat is able to get a second off-hand attack (at a penalty of -5 to his attack roll).

Use: automatic. Rangers receive this feat at level 9, even if they do not meet the requirements.

• Since rangers receive this feat automatically, it cannot be selected when gaining a ranger level (even prior to level 9).

• This feat can be added to iprp_feats.2da to make it available as an item feat. It will then work without the player needing ambidexterity or two-weapon fighting (or dual-wield), but doing so incurs all the standard two-weapon penalties for the extra off-hand attack.
