Grimoire roadmap

The purpose of this roadmap is to provide a general framework of what will be occurring in future Grimoire updates. The items listed for each version below are what is currently planned to be included, but are not definite.

- NOTE: The last PRC compatible version was 2.23. There currently is no plan to make later updates compatible with the PRC pack.
[edit] Version 2.24
- Current version available on NWVault. There is a major bug in IPRP_SPELLS.2da. It will be fixed for 2.25. Also there are still some issues getting certain scripts to compile in the toolset. The Grimoire will be returning to requiring a compiled script hak to be attached to your module instead of importing the source.
[edit] Version 2.25a
- This version will incorporate the major fixes for problems created with 2.24. This will be a testing version to see if there are any other kinks caused by the other new changes made.
- HCR2 compatibility erf
- NO special CEP summons. Need to make sure system is functioning properly.
- Bugfixes

- CEP specific summons 2da to be added to Grim2CEP_2das.

This version currently in development
- All spells updated to 3.5 edition where possible.
- Revamped spell information tracking using a struct and related procedures.
- Allowance for being able to adjust spell durations and spell damage using triggers. This will allow for interesting possibilities like area where evocation spells are some % more/less powerful, or conjurations last some % longer/shorter.
- Bugfixes - there have been quite a few so far
- Overall totals are now 275+ new spells, 16 new domains, plus other some other feats.
- 1.69 compatibility
- NWN2 compatibility is planned
- Possible CEP 2.0 compatibility update
- Possible addition of optional spell component system (if completed)
