Description: If the caster succeeds with a ranged touch attack, it inflicts (level/5)d4 + level/2 cold damage (fractions rounded down, but a minimum of 1 die rolled). If this touch attack is a critical hit, the target must make a fortitude saving throw versus cold (with a DC of 10 + a third the caster's level) or be frozen for 1 round.
