Description: If the caster succeeds with a ranged touch attack, it inflicts (level/5)d6 + level/5 fire damage (fractions rounded down, but with a minimum of 1d6 + 1 damage). If this touch attack is a critical hit, the target must make a fortitude saving throw (with a DC of 10 + a third the caster's level) or be knocked down for 2 rounds.
