Energy plane

The energy planes are the two inner planes embodying the fundamental energies in D&D. The energy planes pervade all elements. Where these energy planes touch the elemental planes, the quasi-elemental planes form.

The positive energy plane is the source of all creation and healing.

The negative energy plane is the source of all destruction and harm, and it is the origin of the force that animates undead.
