Dreu Noctem (DN) is a an action-oriented Neverwinter Nights persistent world. DN is server vault and requires both expansions (Shadows of Undrentide & Hordes of the Underdark).
DN features a small, friendly, active community, and an active development team.
Gaming on DN starts in the quaint village of North Shore. From there you will explore out into the world visiting free cities like Paradan and Faeyn. Visit the Dwarven stronghold of Fort Achaea and ultimately travel to the besieged fortress of Giedi. Encounter enemies ranging from the arcane HoSDo' near North Shore, to the swarming Darklings under Cybele, to the dreaded Undead Armies of a Great Lich in Giedi's Great Graveyard.
DN's rules and scripts support fair and balanced PvM, with good opportunities for both soloing and party play. Very few items with immunity or Damage Resistance are allowed, and weapon enhancement and AC bonuses are limited. DN features the arQon's EMS spell system, which totally re-writes all of the spell scripts in the game to address technical and/or balance issues. Over a 100 new spells have been added to the game, written with the EMS system. Other highlight features are detailed on the DN About Us page.
