Description: Non-friends in the area of effect who fail their saving throw (with a DC of 10 + a quarter the caster's hit dice) are dazed for (1 + a quarter the caster's hit dice) rounds. Although howl attacks have a large area of effect, they are easier to resist and do not last as long as other attack forms.
- If the duration of the daze is at least 4 rounds, then it is reduced for PCs to a half when the difficulty setting is "normal", and to a quarter at easier settings. This is cumulative for each PC affected (a bug). (A fix for this is available on the Vault.)
