Caster

Caster refers to the magic user who cast the spell, and it relates to both arcane and divine magic.

• Magic Items which contain spells are given a caster level.
  • This reflects the level of the caster when they imbued the item with that spell.
  • The caster for spells contained in magic items is the person who imbued the spell and not the person who is wielding the magic item.
