Prerequisite: 21st level, dexterity 25+

Specifics: The character is able to cast haste on himself once per day. The effect will last 10 rounds.

• Requires Hordes of the Underdark.
• This feat does not stack with the haste spell, making this feat nearly useless to mages and in high magic settings.
• This feat cannot be selected when taking a level of Harper scout.
