Specifics: The character is able to cast haste on himself once per day. The effect will last 10 rounds.

- Requires Hordes of the Underdark.
- This feat does not stack with the haste spell, making this feat nearly useless to mages and in high magic settings.
- This feat cannot be selected when taking a level of Harper scout.
